We are looking for a Developer Analyst with solid experience in Java and Spring Boot microservices development, capable of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions within a financial services environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with messaging platforms, relational databases, REST APIs, and modern software development practices, including CI/CD and version control using Git. We also seek professionals interested in Generative AI technologies, including AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and the integration of LLM-based solutions to improve productivity and automate processes. Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, effective communication, and teamwork are essential. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Develop, maintain, and enhance Java / Spring Boot microservices. Design and implement REST APIs and backend services. Build and support financial messaging transformation and processing solutions. Integrate applications with messaging brokers such as Kafka, IBM MQ, or similar technologies. Design, optimize, and maintain queries and data access layers for relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent). Participate in CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, and production support. Analyze and resolve production incidents, ensuring service stability and performance. Collaborate closely with Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Perform code reviews, promote development best practices, and mentor junior team members. Contribute to the adoption and implementation of Generative AI capabilities, AI-powered development assistants, and process automation initiatives. Support the integration of AI/LLM-based solutions and help evaluate the quality and effectiveness of AI-generated outputs. What do we expect from you? Mandatory requirements: 3+ years of experience in Java backend development. 3+ years of experience working with Spring Boot. 4+ years of experience using Git in collaborative development environments. Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, IBM MQ, or similar platforms. Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
