The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in LLMs and NLP with the leadership skills necessary to guide teams and advise clients on the strategic application of generative AI technologies. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about operationalizing LLMs in real-world applications, driving innovation, and shaping the future of AI-driven business solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and delivery of LLM- and ML-based solutions. • Manage and mentor technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth. • Provide expert guidance to clients on leveraging generative AI technologies for business transformation. • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client growth through AI-driven innovation. • Analyze existing systems to propose improvements, optimize KPIs, and introduce new functionalities. • Evaluate emerging tools and platforms, advising on benefits, drawbacks, and business value. • Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and evolving market trends. Required Skills and Experience: • 4+ years of experience in AI-focused projects. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing and deploying language models (e.g., GPT, Bedrock, or similar). • Proven ability to operationalize LLMs in real-world enterprise or research environments. • Strong understanding of cognitive engines and NLP architectures. • Demonstrated expertise in aligning AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation in generative AI. • Leadership experience in managing technical teams and mentoring talent. Education: • Higher Cycle Training (or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields).
