Descripción: The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to assess the potential, success and productivity of client accounts. This role requires a highly data-driven approach, with a focus on leveraging advanced Excel skills, including algorithms and macros, to provide actionable insights that drive sales strategies and decision-making. This role has high earning potential due to the commission structure and industries supported. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis and Interpretation: - Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Evaluate the potential of new client accounts and the performance and productivity of existing client accounts using various data sources. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). 2. Advanced Excel Proficiency: - Utilize advanced Excel functions, including but not limited to VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting. - Create and maintain complex algorithms to automate data analysis processes. - Develop and implement macros to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. 3. Reporting and Visualization: - Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Use data visualization tools to present data in an easily understandable format. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. 4. Strategic Planning and Support: - Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance client account - performance. - Support strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and forecasts. - Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest initiatives to boost sales - productivity. 5. Data Management: - Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of sales data. - Maintain and update databases and systems used for data analysis. - Implement best practices for data management and analysis. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a sales or marketing - environment. - Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, - algorithms, and macros. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly - and concisely. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Master’s degree in a related field. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
